We acquire our oak barrels for the aging of wines from famous Italian and French producers. For our barrels, we charter the highest-quality oak from Central France that has the highest graininess and aging with natural drying for a minimum of 36 months. We have also bought big oak barrels made by Garbelotto, a famous Italian company, for the fermentation of special red wines.
Wine Cellar
In order to ensure that the fermentation process is slow and gradual, we store our barrels in a wine cellar at a preset temperature and with preset humidity levels. The wine cellar is the place where we try to achieve maximum levels of quality for wine, and big investments in oak barrels are thus fully justifiable. The wine cellar plays the most important part in the making of high quality wines. It is a real attraction to our guests thanks to its calmness and atmosphere.

The Bottle Cellar
Our wine cellar is maintainted at constant preset levels of temperature and humidity that ensure that fermenation and aging in oak barrels are gradual and slow.
The wine cellar plays the most important part in making high quality wines. It is therefore notably calm and noble; a place that our guests lenjoy visiting a lot.
It is impossible to produce «Reserva» wines, those intended for long storage, without high-quality oak barrels.
We have reserved a separate space for the storage of bottled wine. Wine aging is conducted here at a precisely preset temperature. The storage area is 61.4 m2 ; it fully meets our needs. In order to maintain a stable temperature level in our storage of bottles, we have installed an effective climate-control system that we monitor three times a day.
